• Easy 14-Day Policy: You can smoothly exchange or return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Perfect Condition: To be eligible, your jewelry must return to us exactly how it arrived—completely unworn, unused, packed in its original box, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
• Complete Packaging Required: For a successful return pickup, please make sure no parts of the jewelry or packaging are missing. We donot accept incomplete packages.
• Buyer’s Remorse: Changed your mind? No problem! You can return the order, but please note that the customer will pay return shipping fees (180 EGP).
• Faulty Items: If a piece carries a production defect that cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full, free-of-charge refund within 2 to 4 working days.
• Card Refunds: Online card refunds take roughly 7 to 14 business days to reflect, adhering to your specific bank's policy.
• COD Orders Over 2K: For Cash on Delivery orders above 2,000 EGP, refunds will be securely processed through online banking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and jewelry, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To start an exchange, you can contact us on Whatsapp (+201001450659). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, WE WILL DEDUCT 180 EGP  FOR SHIPING, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
